Rakiura Adventure Limited reserves the right to alter trips if necessary to ensure the comfort and safety of our passengers.
Whilst we do our best for your safe and enjoyable experience, we do not accept responsibility or liability for loss, damage to, or theft of, personal belongings, or for any other expense arising from personal injury, illness, or hospitalisation.
Ulva Island Ferry & Ulva Island Water-Taxi are divisions of Rakiura Adventure Limited.

You may provide any credit card or other details over the internet at your own risk; email is not a secure facility. Rakiura Adventure Limited will not be held liable for any fraud resulting from this activity. We recommend phoning through your confirmation details instead.

Cancellation Policy Per Item
Ulva Island Watertaxi
Cancellations made by the client more than 48 hours prior to the booking date for Ulva Island Watertaxi Transfers, will receive a full refund minus a 15% administration fee.
100% of the booking fare is due if a cancellation is made within 48 hours of the booking date. ‘No-Show’ (Clients who do not arrive for their booking) will also be charged 100% of the booking fare.
If we make a cancellation for any reason we will issue a full refund.
This cancellation policy does not apply to agents claiming commissions from bookings made for our products & services. For further information as a booking agent, please contact us directly via phone or email.
Port William, North-Arm Hut, Fred’s Camp Watertaxi
Cancellations made by the client more than 14 days prior to the booking date for Port William, North-Arm, Fred’s Camp Transfers, will receive a full refund. 100% of the booking fare is due if a cancellation is made less than 14 days prior of the booking date. ‘No-Show’ (Clients who do not arrive for their booking) will also be charged 100% of the booking fare.
If we make a cancellation for any reason we will issue a full refund.

Cancellations made by the client more than 28 days prior to the booking date for Half Day or Full Day Scenic & Wildlife Cruise, will receive a full refund. 100% of the booking fare is due if a cancellation is made less than 28 days prior of the booking date. ‘No-Show’ (Clients who do not arrive for their booking) will also be charged 100% of the booking fare.

Hunting Parties
Cancellations made by the client more than 56 days prior to the booking date, will receive a full refund. 50% of the booking fare is due if a cancellation is made less 56 days prior but more than 28 days to the booking date. 100% of the booking fare is due if a cancellation is made less than 28 days prior of the booking date. ‘No-Show’ (Clients who do not arrive for their booking) will also be charged 100% of the booking fare.
